Mero Forge is a sole proprietorship run by Pratham Garg in Toronto, Ontario. I'm responsible for the personal information collected through this website, and you can reach me about it at hello@meroforge.com.

Only what you choose to send me:

• Contact form: your name, email address, the service you're interested in and your message.
• Email or phone: whatever you include when you contact me directly.

This site has no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn't create accounts. Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if we work together — deliver and invoice the work. I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing without asking first, and I never sell or rent your information.

A few service providers help run this site and my inbox:

• Web3Forms receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to my email.
• Apple (iCloud Mail) stores the email I receive and send.
• The website host serves these pages.

These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it can be subject to that country's laws. I only share what they need to provide their service.

Enquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. For clients, I keep project correspondence and invoices for as long as needed to support the work and meet tax record-keeping rules (generally six years in Canada).

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (unless I need to keep it by law) by emailing hello@meroforge.com. I'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with how I've handled a concern, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
